192cm - you are 6'4 not 5'8.

Abs come from diet only. Even if you never train them, you will always have abs if you diet.

You need to eat a diet of low carbs (<300g/day), maximum protein (500g+/day) and minimal fat. Do a diet like that with 1/2hour cardio in the morning you will have abs within4 weeks as you are not fat anywhere on the body - obviously your genetics dictate that you hold your fat on your abs, and since you don'thave much fat overall, you will get there very quickly.

Get a good fat burner like SyntheBURN (www.synthetek.com) and drop all the other supplements as they are not needed.
