I WOULD INCREASE THE WEIGHT AND LOWER THE REPS WITH EVER SET COMPLETED
8-10 FIRST SET
6-8 NEXT AND SO ON AND ADD AS MUCH WEIGHT AS POSSIBLE EACH SET.........JUST MY TWO CENTS
