Here I got a couple new pics that I took at the Gym today of me and my friend, they show more than our tricepts. Keep in mind were both only 19 and Still drug free. and that I have only been working out since New years (almost 7 months), before then I took 18 months off and lost most everything. Also im 5"10 and weighed in today at 196lbs, my friend is 260lbs and 6"1. Ok the first Pic is of my friend, the other 2 are me. I guess he doesnt want his face showing so I took covered it.
