i promise you, from your pic alone. You definitly are not at your bodys maximum potential, to me i think their are different levels of plateaus, one i call the natural plateau which is basically the most mass/strength you can maintain w/o the use of
steroids, the
steroid plateau i dont think many have ever hit.. and I feel probably 75% of people who think they hit a plateau are wrong, increased intesity will solve most, you would be amazed at how much more people would grow if they didnt stop 3-4 reps too early into sets.
