i dont know how long exactly 1,5 years is.. but i do know 1 year is a long time, if your not growing and your "training" your doing something wrong, taining is a just a factor to bodybuilding.. proper nutrion, and rest are also. if you lack in one of those areas thats your answer. usually when i hear from someone "i work out but dont grow" their training routine is usually horrible, either not using high enough intesitiy, lacking to go to failure in sets, over training or not allowing enough rest for a certain muscle group, bad form, or just not staying on a steady enough routine to allow your body to even adapt for gains. Theirs a million factors that not one post can fill u in about, I suggest to anyone who wants an answer to their bodybuilding questions, to research and read more into it. goodluck..
