Most pros don't use a Keto diet
Try 60 to 70% lean Pro, Under 20 % carbs and fat. 10 to 15 cals per lb of bodyweight and don't overdo the cardio, which will only eat muscle. Plan on a good 12 week course alternating macro nutrients and calorie intake, so your weekly average keeps you losing 1 to 2 lbs of fat per week, not muscle. Keep the body and metabolism off balance and don't run yourself into the ground at the gym while restricting calories, cardio included. Sure you could use GH, DNP and other supplements to your advantage and even gain a little muscle if you can afford GH, but a strict, clean diet will go a long way and should be able to get you below to 8 to 10% in 12 weeks easy. My cutting cycles last 6 weeks if I'm totally strict in all aspects and I'll go from 12 to 6% evertime. Of course, I'm using clen and GH, but my cycle is very similar to yours, exept I use less test and never use keto and do very little cardio, i.e. Basketball, mountainbike, fun stuff not stale indoor stuff, although I do like spinning and boxing.
