I have no problems sticking to a diet. I'm just trying
to decide if I should go the keto route or not. I've
had great success in the past with it, but I like to look
at all my options before I jump in. I'm interested in knowing
if people who compete use keto or if they just eat clean
and use DNP and GH.

I'm actually not as fat as my post made me out to be. I'm
puffy as shit now because I've been sampling some Dbol
powder at 75mg+ per day to check for quality. I'm holding
a lot of water, but it feels like fat. Clothes are fitting fucked
up and face is round and puffy as the moon. Basically, I've been
training, but havent had the time to put in the type of
effort I would like to. Now that I got some shit out of the
way, I can devote myself again.

My panic attacks were not from hypertension. I've been diagnosed with panic disorder and take Zoloft for it. I've never had lots of panic attacks, but only having a few sucks. I havent had a panic attack in over 6 months, but stimulants have always fucked with me in the wrong way. I get very edgy on ECA and can feel it fuck with my heart.

I plan on cutting for around 20 weeks to get back to my peak condition. During that 20 weeks, I'll allow myself one cheat week (5 days actually). The best I've been so far is 5'9" 248 pounds with bf% under 10. I don't know the actual bf% because I didnt have it taken at the time. I do know that all of my abs showed and looked like etched rocks. I fuckin love the ripped cut look. I'm a true endomorph which doesnt make cutting any easier, although I love being an endo when bulking up.

you cant get ripped in 4 weeks if your heavy in fat amounts. but you CAN get ripped. it will take weeks of hard work. it takes people at 10% like 6 - 12 weeks to get cut on extreem diet and training. alot of drugs wont do it, its ALL DIET AND TRAINING.

do cardio first thing when you get up, BUY A TREDMIL and also and do weights and cardio at night or afternoon. if you are having panic attacks, you probably have hypertension, which is serious, slow down, you can eat shit for ten years, and dicide to be ripped in ten days.... everything has a balance, you need to change your life style, not drugs bro.
